Each individual over the age of 18 must show a photo ID to tour an apartment.

The following fees and monthly charges apply. Charges are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply.
Application & Holding Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. We will accept payment by personal check, cashiers check, money order, or credit card for all application and holding fees.
Application Fee: $30 per applicant
Security Deposit: Minimum $99 - Maximum first months rent
Holding Fee: $100
Other One Time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, and Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet information for more details).

Monthly Recurring Charges
We will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Resident Portal.
Rent: Variable, rent per lease agreement.
Water, Trash, Gas & Electric: Variable, monthly charges vary based on individual usage. The average cost per month is approximately $165.

Are pets allowed at the property?
Yes.
Are there specific pet apartments? No
What pet types are allowed? Dogs and cats.
What is the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment? A maximum of 4 pets are allowed per apartment.
What is the pet weight limit? There are no weight limits.
What is the pet age limit? There are no age limits.
What breed restrictions do you have for dogs? The following dog breeds (or mixes thereof) are expressly prohibited at this community: Dobermans; Rottweilers; Mastiffs/Bull Mastiffs; Great Danes; Chows; German Shephards; Akitas; Malamutes; Pit Bull Terriers; American Staffordshire Terriers; Yankee Terriers; and Wolf Hybrids.
What is the total pet deposit? $0
What is the non-refundable pet deposit? $100 per dog, $75 per cat.
What is the monthly pet fee? $30 per cat, $35 per dog under 50 lbs, $50 per dog over 50 lbs.

12 months.

Do you offer short term leases?
Yes, after one year; however, short term leases are subject to a $150 fee per month.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Do you offer corporate apartments?

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Your monthly income must be equal to or greater than 2.75 times your monthly rent payment.

What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
We accept either a copy of last two paycheck stubs; a copy of your offer/new hire letter; umemployment documents, alamony documents, or child support documents along with bank statements for proof.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment. Individual credit scores may influence the required security deposit, or whether application is approved or denied.

What happens if I break my lease?
You must pay an early termination fee equal to two months' rent.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, there will be a fee of $150 added to each month's rent.

A friend would like to stay at my apartment for a month, is this allowed?
Yes, however, they must first submit an application and undergo credit and criminal background screenings before they can be added to your lease.

Can I install a satellite dish?
Yes, however, specific rules do apply.

Do you have any preferred employer discounts?
Yes, the $30 application fee is waived for our preferred employers.

What is the size and layout of your apartment building(s)?
Our property features 2 story apartments on top and bottom with approximately 8 to 10 apartments per buidling. We have a total of 25 buildings and 202 apartment homes.

Yes.
Is your swimming pool heated? No.
How many lounge chairs do you have around the pool? Our pool area contains 20 lounge chairs.
How many guests may your residents invite to the pool? We allow 3 guests per resident.

What other amenities does the property offer that your competitors may not?
Our community is partially gated, which prevents others from being able to cut through our community and provides our residents with a more enjoyable, quiet atmosphere.

Our community features 202 covered parking spaces.

Does the property offer any special monthly events for residents?
Yes, we have monthly resident events such as community garage sales and pet adoption days.

Our apartments feature large kitchen pantries, plenty of countertop space and cupboards, cathedral ceilings in upper apartments, private entrances and attached 4ft by 4ft storage spaces.

We are located right off of 19 mile, in between Hayes Road and Garfield Road. We are almost directly across the street from Henry Ford Hospital and Medical Center.
What is the nearest shopping center or mall in the area? Partridge Creek, about 2 miles away.
What are some of the top stores at this shopping center and mall? The nearby shopping center features Plum, Victoria's Secret, The Apple Store, Forever 21, Brookstone, Express for Men, GAP, H&M, Lucky Brand, Moose Jaw, COACH & J-Crew.
What restaurants are in the area? PF Changs, California Pizza Kitchen and Brio, all within 2 miles.
What is the name of the school district in the area? Chippewa Valley Public Schools.
How do these schools rank? We have an award wining school district.
What is the nearest recycling center in the area? Kroger offers a recycling center, about 1/2 mile away.

When is my monthly rent payment due?
Monthly rent payment is due by the 1st of each month.
When is my monthly rent payment liable for a late charge? Monthly rent payments are liable for a late charge on the 4th of each month.
What is the late charge if I do not pay my rent on time? You would be charged 10% of your monthly rent in addtion to any special you might have received that month. For example: If you get $100 off your rent per month as per your lease, that special is taken away for the month you are late.
