As many of you know firsthand, our community was hard hit by a storm system on the evening of August 19th. Reports now confirm that there was a tornado
touch-down less than a mile away. Although we sustained significant damage, we are relieved to know that our residents were unharmed. During our preliminary inspection, we observed missing downspouts and gutters, damaged siding, down carports, and of course, up-rooted trees. For those of you that lost a screen or two, we have completed a tally of missing and/or damaged screens.
We know that your time is valuable and want to minimize the inconvenience of the restoration process. Our residents will be notified as to when the repairs/replacements will commence as soon as the information is available.
Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated! Additionally, we wish to take this time to thank each and everyone of you for promptly reporting any
damage sustained to your apartment home as a result of the storm. Your quick
response allowed us to respond to issues within 24 hours in some cases. I also
wish to thank our vendors, contractors and support staff for all their hard-work. It truly was a community team effort and could not have been done without YOU!

Summer is rapidly coming to and end, but the fun doesn’t have to end! One of the many benefits of living at Clinton Place is the location. The Clinton Township Senior Adult Life Center offers yearround activities for our 50 + residents at a fraction of the cost of other clubs!
